Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand)

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (free for orders over $100.00 NZD).
    • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (delivery within 1-2 business days).
  • Delivery Time:
    Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Rural areas may take an additional 1-2 days.

  • Carrier:
    All domestic orders are shipped via NZ Post.


International Shipping ( Currently not available ) 

Once we open our doors to our international customers please refer to the following:

  • Processing Time:
    International orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Standard International Shipping: Free for orders over $100.00 NZD.
    • Express Shipping calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Time:
    Delivery times vary by location:

    • Australia: 7-10 business days.
    • USA, Canada, UK, and Europe: 10-15 business days.
    • Rest of the World: 15-20 business days.
  • Customs and Import Duties:
    Import duties, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s policies before placing an order.

  • Carrier:
    We partner with reliable international shipping providers DHL Express to ensure secure and timely delivery.


Additional Information

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery status.

  • Undeliverable Packages:
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    SERJ takes great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@serj.co.nz with your order details, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
