If you fall in-between sizes, we suggest sizing down. One of the main features/ benefits of our Silicone Rings is that they will 99.9% of the time revert back to their original shape. However, if the ring is stretched close to the point of tearing, some fibers may have torn and this would result in the ring losing it's shape.
